SHEER BLISS
My Hot Bikram Yoga classes had taken their toll on my poor aching body and I was in
need of a muscle-relaxing rubdown. I went along to the Bliss Spa for an Extreme Sports
Massage. Everything about my experience was designed to relax, from the piped rhythm and blues music to the lounge where I could nibble on cheese and biscuits. My masseuse Joanna was great.
