    SHEER BLISS
My Hot Bikram Yoga classes had taken their toll on my poor aching body and I was in
need of a muscle-relaxing rubdown. I went along to the Bliss Spa for an Extreme Sports
Massage. Everything about my experience was designed to relax, from the piped rhythm and blues music to the lounge where I could nibble on cheese and biscuits. My masseuse Joanna was great. I told her what my problem was (stiff neck and shoulders) and she set to work, stretching and kneading my muscles into submission. The treatment included a deep tissue work, a parafango pack on my shoulders and back and targeted work on scrunched up muscles. The end result was a de-stressed editor. The Extreme Sports Massage, £100/60 min.
