Natural hair brand Aunt Jackie’s plays host to bloggers and press at their recent Christmas mixer

Black Beauty & Hair enjoyed ourselves last week at the Aunt Jackie’s Christmas Mixer for top hair bloggers and members of the press. We were treated to delicious canapés, drinks and an informative presentation on the House of Cheatham brands: Aunt Jackie’s Curls & Coils, Aunt Jackies Girls, Argan Smooth and Texture My Way.

The event was hosted by Alim Kamara, who even gave us some inspirational poetry and the musical entertainment was provided by singer/songwriter Santino. Trevious Tucker from parent company House of Cheatham, introduced her styling team from Atlanta, Georgia who showed us how the products could be used to achieve specific looks. We were able to ask as many questions as we liked and able to see product results on the models up close – we were even able to get touchy-feely with their hair. Each brand has been created to target specific hair textures and there is something for everyone!
