21 year old Talisha Johnson has been shortlisted for this year’s West Midlands Women of The Year Aspire Award. Probably best known for her debut self-published book at age 16 entitled Snow Black, The Seven Rastas and Other Short Stories, Talisha from Great Barr, Birmingham is now training at BBC WM Radio as a full-time employed Broadcast Assistant. She also finds time to run Skool Girl Online, a lifestyle magazine for teen-girl’s and is the executive producer for the Annual Celebrating Youth Excellence Awards.
