Photos are subject to acceptance by Black Beauty & Hair for inclusion in our Black Beauty & Hair magazine (print), www.blackbeautyandhair.com, or other digital features. Black Beauty & Hair may reject, in its sole discretion and without notice, any photograph submitted. Black Beauty & Hair does not offer any compensation or royalty for photos printed or posted and may post and remove posted photos at any time. The photographer will receive a photo credit wherever Black Beauty & Hair uses the photo. Glam squads will also be credited in the editorials.
By submitting your images for consideration, you grant to Black Beauty & Hair the absolute, perpetual, worldwide right to (1) reproduce, copy, modify, create derivatives in whole or in part, or otherwise use the submitted photo or any part thereof in combination with or as a composite of other matter, an (2) use and permit the use of your name, whether in original or modified form, in connection with the photo, and (3) display, perform and exhibit the photo in printed form or in a post or gallery on Black Beauty & Hair’s web site located at www.blackbeautyandhair.com, on other Black Beauty & Hair publications, and social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
This means that if selected. Black Beauty & Hair is forever permitted to digitally display your photo on this site or any of its alternate display methods. You, the photographer/submitter, still retain all rights to the photograph and we will NOT sell any submitted or selected photos.
You understand that other persons may download, print or otherwise capture content posted on websites and use or exploit that content without authorization. Black Beauty & Hair does not have any obligation to prevent the capture or subsequent use or exploitation of photos posted on its website.
RIGHTS:
