Here’s How to Recreate Doja Cat and JT’s Red Carpet Looks

Deep, dramatic blacks are expected to be a major S/S 23 trend. Cosmetic company 3INA show us their best black products, to get the looks from grunge to glam

In the beauty world, black is definitely the new black. With grunge expected to be a major S/S 23 trend having been seen on all the catwalks; Doja Cat rocking a dramatic gothic eye at the Grammys and City Girls’ rapper JT sporting black-lined lips at Paris Fashion Week courtesy of British MUA Sophia Sinot, dark shades are having a moment.

How to get JT’s dark lip liner look

The dark lip liner worn by JT of City Girls – a 3INA product was actually used to create this exact look. The 3INA Longwear Lipstick in shade 900 (£15) was used, and you can see the exact breakdown of how British MUA Sophia Sinot created the look HERE. She starts with brown lipliner, then fades the black in with a cotton bud and adds gloss. To prevent the lips smudging, Sophie recommends the following: “Using @glisten_cosmetics (Roulette Black) Wet Liner as a base and @3ina Longwear Black Lipstick on top and making sure that you don’t (!!) put the gloss on the liners makes sure that the products won’t move around!“

How to get Doja Cat’s Grammy’s gothic eye look

Doja’s cat eye look – to recreate this using 3INA, the make-up team suggest starting with the Eyeliner Pen to create the dramatic wing shape on the inner and outer corners. Fade the edges out with the 24H Eye Stick and a brush. To get that gleaming inner corner, add a touch of the 24H Eye Stick in shade 945, an intensely metallic silver.
