A video of a Korean shop owner in Charlotte, North Carolina holding a female customer, suspected of theft, in a chokehold went viral. The FaceBook video caused anger and protests from the local community as it showed the distressed woman denying theft. The entire incident was captured on video which shows the husband and wife owners restraining the woman with the man eventually wrestling her to the ground and holding her in a chokehold.
