Thinking of adopting a natural skincare routine in 2018?

When it comes to skincare, keeping it natural is the best way to go.There are many reasons to move to a clean, green skincare routine in the new year. Many conventional skincare products are filled with chemical ingredients that do very little to really nourish and heal dry sensitive skin. It’s a fact that your skin is your largest organ, so anything you put on your skin gets absorbed into it, and into your bloodstream so it’s important to feed it natural ingredients that will nourish from within.

Aviela skincare is dedicated to creating products that enrich your mind body and soul with skincare products made from real authentic natural ingredients. All of the products in the Aviela skincare range have one thing in common – 100% pure shea butter as the main ingredient.

Aviela began making natural skincare products over ten years ago. Now, Aviela offers a full line of pure natural skincare made from the most nourishing ingredients mother nature has to offer. Their natural earthy scents and nourishing products will leave your skin glowing and soothe your spirits. Here at Aviela, we know what it’s like to have dry skin so we have developed a fool-proof system to repair and care for your skin. With a few simple steps we’ve taken all the guess work out of having beautiful skin and we want to share these tips with you. Here’s our guide to adopting a natural skincare routine…

1.  Cleanse your skin inside and out

Drink Plenty of Water all day long. It’s essential for optimal skin health. Water flushes toxins out of the body more efficiently and keeps you hydrated. It’s a common cause of dry skin but many of us forget! The National Health Service (NHS) advises that we should be drinking around 1-2 litres of water. That’s roughly six to eight glasses a day. Adding a slice of lemon or cucumber slice will help neutralize the skin and enhance your glow. Next, cleanse with African Black Soap. African Black Soap is a powerful healing agent for anyone struggling with sensitive dry skin. Rich in Vitamins A and E, it helps alleviate irritations and heals skin while it softens and heals. It also treats eczema, acne, oily skin, psoriasis, and other types of irritating skin conditions. Use on face and body, in the shower or bath. Rub bar on wet hands, washcloth or loofah. Wash your face and body and rinse off with water for squeaky clean skin.

2. Exfoliate away dead skin cells

The key to beautiful soft, smooth skin is exfoliating. But you can do it too often, and different skin types require different care. Focus on the rough, dry patches of skin. Be gentle, exfoliate in upward, circular motions once a week before you go to bed, splash warm water onto skin and scrub but don’t be heavy-handed a little goes a long way! Once completed wash the cleanser from your face and pat dry.

Aviela’s newly formulated Shea butter body scrub with Coconut and Sweet Almond Oil gently buffs away old skin cells and boosts circulation, allowing your skin to brighten. When old skin cells accumulate on the surface of the skin, it can leave skin looking dull and dry. A regular skincare exfoliating routine will leave your skin looking fresh and healthy. Perfect for ridding dry skin of flakes and grime without causing irritation, it has an ultra rich content of Shea butter which moisturises, while gently exfoliating at the same time. Guaranteed to give you a relaxed, squeaky clean feeling after every use. It leaves your skin feeling extremely soft with a scrummy, sweet smell.

3. Moisturise dry skin with Pure Shea Butter

There are moisturisers and then there is the best moisturisers for dry skin. To reduce chapping, dryness and keep skin more healthy and comfortable this season, try these tips. Applying moisture to damp skin helps seal moisture into the skin. Keep a tub near the bath, shower or sink and use regularly as part of your skincare routine. Some over-the-counter moisturizers have petroleum-based ingredients that can dry your skin out in the winter months. Be sure to choose a nurturing pure formula that has natural, nourishing ingredients.

Avielas ultra-rich Pure Shea Butter injects an intense shot of moisture to any rough, flaky patches your skin might be affected with. Pure Shea Butter is one of nature’s finest gifts for beautiful skin and hair, it is a unique multipurpose skincare balm for the entire body and hair. It has no fragrance, colour, additives, preservatives, animal extracts or artificials, just a 100% natural moisturiser. It nourishes, smoothes and protects skin and helps to improve chapped skin while promoting an even skin tone.

Just like you nourish your body with healthy food, your skin deserves care with natural beauty products. Natural pure skincare products cleanse, tone, exfoliate and moisturise your skin without using any noxious artificial chemicals or additives. They are also kind to animals and the environment. When you’re accustomed to doing things the way you always have, you may not see why you would want to switch up your skincare routine. But once you compare the benefits of natural health and beauty products to conventional synthetic products you’ll see why you would want to adopt a new, natural lifestyle in 2018.

The main skin care routine is only significant on the products which are used in the routine. Some products are used in the morning routine and some at night. So make your routine with the best organic skincare products from Belle Nubian.
